I wish I had known about SERVPRO before I had a situation at home. I had a leak in my house. We hire some people to remove the water and clean. A week later, there was a weird smell inside the house. Come to find out mold is growing where the leak started. My insurance called SERVPRO and they were able to get rid of the mold. They did an awesome job.
